Non-compliance with Conformity Criterion 2.4.1 (Level A). The intention of this Conformity Criterion is to allow people navigating sequentially through the content to access the main content of the web page more directly, with the first link leading directly to the content. Due to the need to comply with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) regarding users’ consent to the use of cookies, the first link prior to cookie consent cannot lead to the content, as the first link will be part of the cookie banner until consent is given or declined.
