Bruxistop Pro

24,50 €

The new Bruxistop PRO is a semi-rigid dental splint whose main function is to act as a barrier (Bruxistop PRO splint) of medium hardness, incorporating hard material inserts that allow jaw movement, thereby preventing direct contact between the teeth whilst also helping to relax the jaw muscles, as it does not immobilise the jaw and allows movement between the upper and lower teeth.

Description

Introduction

The new Bruxistop PRO device is supplied in a protective box, together with its instruction leaflet; the protective box can be used as a storage container once the original packaging has been removed. Manufactured to the strictest health and safety standards, Best Breathe Company, s.l. is ISO 9001 certified.

Benefits

Bruxistop PRO is a device that prevents the upper teeth from coming into direct contact with the lower teeth, thereby preventing enamel wear caused by grinding, whilst also providing a protective layer that does not restrict jaw movement.

Its new design, now lighter and more advanced thanks to the use of various materials, perfectly combines comfort, ease of use and protection for the teeth. Bruxistop PRO is made from completely hypoallergenic materials, free from toxic substances such as bisphenol A (BPA), phthalates, latex and acrylics. It features grooves so that you can cut and adjust the device to fit your teeth better.

Customisation

Bruxistop PRO can be customised in less than a minute: hold the device by the handle at the front using pliers or tongs, immerse it in hot water and keep it in the water for a few seconds until you notice that the mouthguard begins to ‘loosen’ and soften.

Once the device is warm, place it in your upper dentures, taking great care not to ‘press’ against the sides of the splint with your teeth and molars, and ensuring it is properly centred.

With your mouth closed, but without clenching, suck firmly for a few seconds to remove any air between the device and your teeth, whilst pressing your lips with your fingertips so that the mouthguard moulds to the shape of your teeth from the outside, and pressing with your tongue to adjust the inside until the device has set. Finally, cool it under running tap water.
